It is easy to disabling usb ports. Here I can post 2 methods to disable usb ports of your computer.
1. Through Device manager

- Type devmgmt.msc.
- Select Universal Serial Bus Controller, right click and click "DISABLE".
- At starting the system press F2 or
DEL - In BIOS, Open "ADVANCED SETTINGS".3. In Advanced settings, select “USB Configuration” and disable USB Controllers to disable all USB ports
